2nd time, Kernel does not detect the device

Hi there,

I am trying to make use of WLG1500 wireless adapter in SuSE[9.0] linux.

It works fine when I plug the usb adapter for the first time,
In case I take it out and then again plugin, the kernel does not detect the device, i.e It only works for the first time. 

I also checked the device entry by dmesg command.  

If I have to make use of the device, then I have to reboot the system.

What could be the error in this?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
