Acer Aspire 5024 can't find AP

Hello

I've loaded the driver allright, and the device seems ok, but it cannot
scan and it cannot find my access point. It all works well in winxp, and
pressing the "turn on wireless" led button doesn't make any difference.
(That button should not make a difference since it's always on when I boot
in windows and i never turn it off.

All the info you need should be in the attached text files.

I really hope to get this done, because I really dont like windows XP.
