Hi,

you will be unable to use DriverLoader for your wireless device if 
ndiswrapper took control of that wireless device. The same is probably 
true if you want to use ndiswrapper but your wireless device is 
controlled by DriverLoader.

If you want to use DriverLoader, you should either prevent the 
ndiswrapper module to be loaded in your kernel or remove the ndiswrapper 
software from your machine to prevent this possible issue.

For the problem of start up at boot, please make sure that you have set 
the wireless interface to start on boot with the Mandriva Control Center.
