Hi,

the Windows driver needed by DriverLoader can generally be found on the 
CD/DVD that came with the wireless device or on the web site of the 
vendor of the wireless device.

In the case of miniPCI/PCI and CardBus wireless devices, we have a 
partial database of Windows drivers at:

http://www.linuxant.com/driverloader/drivers.php
