Hi,

you are expected to use 'root' without the quotes as the user name and
the root password of your machine as password. On Linux distributions
which do not have any root password, such as Ubuntu, you can set a
password for the Web Configurator with the 'dldrconfig --webconfd-pass'
command in a root shell.

If it still doesn't work, please try with different web browsers to see
if there is a difference.

Regards,
