are looking for a competent and rapid partner to develop our new CMS-system in
Open Source, under our own BRAND name “WebProformance”.

The
partner we are looking for should already have a lot off experience in
CMS-system development and if possible have a CMS-system that we can convert to
our needs.

We
will also have needs for jobs like: For you to make web campaign incl. The
graphic part of making a Banner to use from case to case, have big experience in
search engine optimizing (SEO), and of cause have a tracking system to see ROI.
Etc. Making all other graphic jobs like everything from Banners, Logos to design
a complete web site.

We
would also a appreciate if you have knowledge about Call Center software (TAPI
standard)

This
paper is intended as an initial work plan. This description of the project
should make our NEW partner aware of the content and scope of our idea, and
hopefully you will be able to supply us with more good ideas and meet our
needs.

We
are READY to get started!!! So your time estimated is VERY imported for us!!!

Below
we have described the different modules and technology wish we would like to
have implemented in this NEW CMS-system.

engineering phase:

The
goal of the requirement-engineering phase is to develop a set of mutual clear
understandable specifications. Within this phase of the project so the following
specification should be developed: Business Process Specification, High Level
Requirement Specification, External Interface Specification, The Business
Process Specification describes the business process and documents’ flow,
actors involved in the processes, their activities and relationships.

High
Level of requirement specification of all functional, performance, reliability
and other requirements to the system and is the basic document from which all
other specification are derived from is needed.

Also
the external interface description of all specification and describes about the
systems will work up against and upload data (XML) to other portal interfaces is
of cause needed.

The
requirement design phase includes the following stages and milestone: Gathering
information about customer’s needs, clarifying the business processes

The
interface to each external system should be discussed and agreed.
