[evlog-dev] evltc problem

Can someone comment on this evltc problem:

# /sbin/evltc -c iden.t
execv of cpp: No such file or directory
# which cpp
/usr/bin/cpp
# ls -l /usr/bin/cpp
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root       511637 Mar 13
18:10 /usr/bin/cpp


I don't see the problem.   Any idea?
