[evlog-dev] EventLog coding standard question

Hi Larry, 

I'm back working on the EventLog SNMP subagent now. I will be giving you an
update in a couple weeks. One thing I want to know before hand is do you
have any coding standard for Event Log? Is it ok for the subagent to be
implemented in C++? What kind of license should it have?
