[evlog-dev] Obtaining POSIX 1003.25 standard

Where can one obtain a copy of the POSIX 1003.25, "System API - Services 
for Reliable, Available, and Serviceable Systems"? I checked with the 
local University library (NC State). The NC State library has IEEE CDs 
with the regular POSIX standards, but they don't have drafts of standards.
