Hi,

I recently followed the steps in the online How-To Installing event logging
in a RAM disk <http://evlog.sourceforge.net/RAMdisk.html>. Here I have some
questions.

1. What's the purpose to install event logging in a RAM disk?
2. Is it a MUST to set the ramdisk size to 8Mb in all platforms? I used an
i386 arch with the default ramdisk size 4096k. I didn't find any problem
installing the event logging.
3. The directory in the last line of Step 6 should be "/opt/evlog/plugins"
instead of "/opts/evlog.d/plugins"

Thanks,
