Updates to the Hardened Driver Project

I updated the Hardened Device Driver project Homepage to
reflect what was discussed on the LKML this week. These
were quick & dirty deletions of links and outdated verbiage
that no longer applied to the project.

I removed the original sample driver and kernel headers
for the now out-dated instrumentation interfaces. The 
originals are still in CVS, but considers these historical
relics.

At some point, time permitting, I will go through and
replace all of the verbiage on the homepage with something
more valid. But this will work for now.

I will be replacing the spec with a Hardened Drivers HOWTO,
in DocBook format (i.e. no more crappy Word/PDF docs). That
is as soon as I figure out how to use DocBook...  :)

The HOWTO will cover only the "Stability & Reliability"
sections that appeared in the original spec. All other
sections will be removed (i.e. no more instrumentation 
interfaces). The HOWTO will also begin to cover items that
appear on the Kernel Janitors project's TODO list.
