[GIT PULL] Smack patches for 7.3

Hello Linus,

Here is the Smack pull request for v7.3.

Everything has been in next. There is a spelling error correction,
There is a code optimization in the smackfs file system. A pair of
credential mis-uses have been fixed. Limits have been placed on two
of the smackfs interfaces.
