Re: LiS Tests

After successful installation run "strtst".  It is a regression test and 
prints out lots of messages on the console.  It runs for several minutes 
and ends with a "success" message if all goes well.

You can also run "strtst -d0" for less output on the console and consequent 
faster execution.  I run it both ways to help expose timing related problems.

There are other test programs in the suite, but that is the one that I rely 
upon.
