RE: installing LiS on Redhat9

Hi,
  strtest uses the built-in drivers that are installed by default with LiS
which includes loop.1. Please ensure that the entries associated with LiS
(the likes of /dev/loop.1, /dev/loop.2 etc) are created in /dev directory
before operating LiS. By default they get created during the "make install"
step. Even otherwise you can use /usr/sbin/strmakenodes for creating those
entries manually.

I am trying to install LiS-2.16.18-16 on Redhat9.
I am able to compile. But when I run test program
strtst, I get error "loop.1 no such file or directory".
How to fix it.
Pls help.
