Re: OpenSS7 GPL'd LiS.

May I respectfully suggest that you call it something other than LiS
2.18.1 since you are changing the licencing terms and forking your
own branch here.  We are still going to maintain LiS in it's LGPL
state and will not use any of your changes if you are going to insist
on making it GPL.
