GCC crash after using STREAMS kernel module

I have met an error just after using streams kernel module and other device
driver with streams module. and clean up streams driver module and streams
module. In test phase I change my code and recompile the source. gcc will
crash . reboot the pc and the code can be recompile. who have met the error?
streams module conflict with GCC?
