Somehow Configure got confused and set SIGMASKLOCK (that doesn't
happen in RH9 with LiS-2.16 for me).  Unsetting it in config.in
("# SIGMASKLOCK is not set" instead of "SIGMASKLOCK=y") should
fix that compile problem.
