LTTng 0.6.18 fixes a kernel oops in ltt-statedump

Hi,

Thanks to the insightful code review from Robert Wisniewski, we managed to find
the cause of a kernel oops in ltt-statedump, most likely occuring on SMP
machines at trace start time.

LTTng 0.6.18 fixes this issue.
