Unfortunately, the patches for LTT are not broken out, but
there is a 2.4.20 kernel tree with (original) LTT integrated.  See
http://tree.celinuxforum.org/CelfPubWiki/CELinux_5f040503_5fRelease

This kernel also has some MIPS support not found in a stock
kernel.

It is not extremely difficult, if you know what you're doing,
to isolate a patch for a specific technology from such a tree.
I have a utility which allows me to extract patch hunks from
a larger patch, based on filename patterns or regular expression
matches.  Let me know if you are interested and I will send
you the program.

Please note that the CELF tree does not have RT support,
aside from kernel preemption patches which were backported
from 2.5.  I'm not exactly sure which RT system you are referring
to, but old versions of LTT have support for RTAI.  It might be
useful to look at those patches, even if you're trying to
support Victor Yodaiken's RT patchset.
