LTTng 0.6.42 for 2.6.19 ready

Hi,

As some of you have probably noticed, the linux kernel 2.6.19 has been released
recently. So here comes the LTTng port for this new stable kernel.

Please follow the compatibility list, as you will need to update genevent,
ltt-control, ltt-usertrace and get the new patch.

Testing is welcome. :)
