Hi,

Well, the source code by itself is a good document on the design of a
quickly evolving project.

If you want to have some idea of the general design, the OLS2006 paper
available on ltt.polymtl.ca explains the general architecture. You have
also some note and developer-oriented documentation under "LTTV and
LTTng developer documentation".
