LTTng 0.9.5 for Linux 2.6.21 is ready

Hi,

Sorry for the delay : I have been busy preparing thing for merging in
Andrew's tree. I finally managed to do the 2.6.21 port, which is
available on the website.

Note that you will have to use the new series files present in the
tar.bz2 to have the right order for applying patches. Yes, I finally
started to use the wonderful tool "quilt".
