Thinking about it, there is something else you might want to try: Download your kernel from LTTng's git repository with: git clone git://ltt.openrapids.net/linux-2.6-lttng.git linux-2.6-lttng cd linux-2.6-lttng git checkout v2.6.19-lttng Then you are sure to have the latest LTTng bits for 2.6.19. I am reading back this thread: http://osdir.com/ml/linux.kernel.tracing/2006-11/msg00058.html Where I sent many Relay and debugfs fixes to Greg KH that applied to 2.6.19. I am starting to think that I may have forgotten to update the file list in my LTTng tarball to include those. Using the git version will make sure every patched files are there.
