LTTng 0.10.0-pre30 for 2.6.24-rc3-git1 and LTTV 0.10.0-pre3

Hi,

These new versions are fixing :
- Missing APIC interrupts on x86, x86_64
- Problem with new scheduler analysis in lttv : now fixes wrong
  process_free hooks.

These version are breaking compatibility with old LTTV (the internal
kernel defines for process exit state changed around 2.6.24, so we
cannot be backward compatible).
