missing data in traces

Hi All,
   (I tried to describe this problem as part of my earlier mail, but my
mailer got messed up.  Sorry if it s a repost).

So I am running with 2.6.24-rc4 with all the latest patches for the
kernel, ltt-control, and lttv.  I load up the kernel, and do a:

modprobe ltt-control
modprobe ltt-statedump

(I dont have any other ltt modules available, is that normal?)

Then I run lttv and capture a trace.  I get back 14 events related to
/control/facilties / core_marker, and nothing else.

What am I doing wrong?
