Low/med/high data rate channels

Hi Mathieu,

next question, being to lazy to read all the sources: I would consider
the [flight-]cpu-X channels as high rate, right? Low rate might be what
is visible under control/, e.g. processes. So what is controlled via
lttctl -V/-B, ie. what falls under medium rate?
