Bjorn,

'ipq9650_pcie_phy' series is merged and part of linux-next. So this 
dependency is resolved.

'ipq9650_icc' series is the only active dependency right now for this 
series to apply. Both the 'ipq9650_icc' and this series applies cleanly 
on *next-20260803. *Please let me know if I need to resend this series 
with active dependency list alone.
