[PATCH] staging: rtl8723bs: remove CamelCase variable bAllow

Fix a checkpatch.pl warning regarding CamelCase naming conventions.
Change the variable 'bAllow' to 'allow' in rtw_cmd_filter() to
conform with standard Linux kernel coding styles.
