ANN: Bering-uClibc 2.3 beta2

The Bering-uClibc team makes Bering-uClibc 2.3 beta2 available.

This release introduces a framework for web-based configuration. The=20
shttpd/weblet combination has been replaced by mhttpd/webconf.
Thanks to Nathan Angelacos for his work on webconf!

Please note, that kernel-related packages for 2.3betax have now their=20
