LEAF upgrade

HI Folks

I succesfully tested upgrade to 5.1.3 from a 5.1.something using my
local web server as the source.

The upgraded system has a nicely reduced moddb as only the running
mudules get imported. It kept alll the settings from the previous
installation and booted without a hitch.

Now all I need is a public web site which allows access in the same or
similar manner :-(
