AFAIK by default root dir size is dependent from partition size. 1024 
records IMHO is overkill for ~300 files.
If you have no pb with -r 512 - I'll add it to script.

Are there a lot of CD users who haven't custom leaf.cfg? And will they 
be bothered by loaded hdsupp.lrp and 'install' in menu?

We can use parted for automation. fdisk isn't good for this (we can't 
handle multiple partitions correctly).
