5.2.saving modules problem

Hi;

with the changes to sqfs I ran into a problem when saving modules.

Automatic laoding during boot from kmodules.sqfs works pretty well for modules 
added in /etc/modules like tun.ko.gz and for hardware modules detected like 
ath*.

When trying to save the added modules, it neither saves tun.ko.gz nor the 
automatically detected modules.
That way I won't get a working router without kmodules.sqfs.
This is a regresson from 5.1.AFAIK or do I miss something?

Note: Adding firmware from firmware.tgz to /lib/modules saves the firmware as 
expected.
