Accel-ppp is just PPTP/PPPoE/L2TP/IPoE BRAS server, like rp-pppoe but 
with more extra features (something like BSD mpd). For PPTP/L2TP/PPPoE 
it doesnt use any 3rd-party modules, for IPoE (ISG-like) it uses kernel 
module for creating pseudo-interfaces but this isn't my case.
