Some packages failed to build in master

Hi all.

I have a troubles with packets building:

1. squid - it can't find some symbols (__atomic_store_8 and so on) on 
linking

2. vnstat - I have error with packaging (it can't resolve user 
'www-data' that is specified in buildtool.cfg); but on next retry it is 
packaged successfully

Anybody has such troubles?
