Not at this time. We have discussed cross compiling options in the past
on our leaf-devel mailing list. You should be able to locate our past
discussions by searching the list archive at: mail-archive.com.

The minimum is a 486 with 16MB  of RAM  and a floppy drive for dial-up.
If you're doing something more resource intensive, the hardware
requirements increase. You can use almost any media Linux supports for
booting.
