If you happen to have net access with your new box the easiest way is to run fetch_pkg which will automagically resolve dependencies and fetch the nesseary packages from the corresponding repository. get the usage with fetch-pkg --help So in your case it would be fetch_pkg openvpn The running system you have right now is not the latest and greatest, I would suggest to run upgrade on it. You can check for an upgrade using upgrade -c It will tell you about the latest stable release. If you cannot connect your box to the net then you will have to copy the packages manually.
