If you happen to have net access with your new box the easiest way is to 
run fetch_pkg which will automagically resolve dependencies and fetch 
the nesseary packages from the corresponding repository.

get the usage with fetch-pkg --help

So in your case it would be
fetch_pkg openvpn

The running system you have right now is not the latest and greatest, I 
would suggest to run upgrade on it. You can check for an upgrade using

upgrade -c

It will tell you about the latest stable release.

If you cannot connect your box to the net then you will have to copy the 
packages manually. In any case you will need to edit leaf.cfg.
