Well, you can always assign fixed IPs to Mac addresses if the cameras 
cannot be configured with a fixed IP address.

But basically, even if we can find a way to check on dnsmasq or rather 
its dhcp handling, the goal must be to _fix_ dnsmasq if there is a problem.
