Hi list,

I am have installed Bering-uClibc 7.2.1 on a Raspberry Pi 4b using the Bering version from Sourceforge. Everything works except the wifi.
It seems that a firmware file is missing, brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.bin.
I can get this file from a Debian Raspberry Pi installation.
I can see that the firmware files are bundled in a dtb file, but how do I add the file to the distro?

Thank you for maintaining the Bering. I have been using this and its predesessors for longer than I can remender, maybe 20 years.

dmesg has:
[ 27.050803] brcmfmac: F1 signature read @0x18000000=0x15264345
[ 27.066962] brcmfmac: brcmf_fw_alloc_request: using brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio for chip BCM4345/6
[ 27.078365] brcmfmac mmc1:0001:1: Direct firmware load for brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.bin failed with error -2

Best,

Flemming
