Hi list, I am have installed Bering-uClibc 7.2.1 on a Raspberry Pi 4b using the Bering version from Sourceforge. Everything works except the wifi. It seems that a firmware file is missing, brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.bin. I can get this file from a Debian Raspberry Pi installation. I can see that the firmware files are bundled in a dtb file, but how do I add the file to the distro? Thank you for maintaining the Bering. I have been using this and its predesessors for longer than I can remender, maybe 20 years. dmesg has: [ 27.050803] brcmfmac: F1 signature read @0x18000000=0x15264345 [ 27.066962] brcmfmac: brcmf_fw_alloc_request: using brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio for chip BCM4345/6 [ 27.078365] brcmfmac mmc1:0001:1: Direct firmware load for brcm/brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.bin failed with error -2 Best, Flemming Flemming Faber Jeppes Allé 16 2400 Copenhagen NV tel. +45 6083 0053 email: [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ leaf-user mailing list: [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-user Support Request -- http://leaf-project.org/
