   Testing 7.2.2.

   NTP fails:

   Starting NTP server: ntpd/usr/sbin/ntpd: can't load library
   'libcap.so.2'

   Adding the libpcap lrp doesn't change this.

   These are on the system:

   ./usr/lib/libpcap.so.1.10.3
   ./usr/lib/libpcap.so.1
