Hi All,

I have reported previously that syslog occasionally stops logging and tried some
suggested fixes with permissions. Overall syslog still stops occasionally.

I have tracked the problem down to rsyslog crashing. Restarting resumes logging.

Upgrades are regular and it has been crashing accross all versions.

It happens every few weeks, so if there is further debugging I'm happy to help.
