The module is nowadays  kernel module with it's own number scheme, whereas the 
wireguard package provides the wireguard management tools.
I've had the idea to rename it to wireguard-tools, reflecting the source and 
task of the package, but I believe it was Erich who told me this could be 
confusing at least for the transition time

But as it is confusing either we may rethink the name of the package :)
