Leaf router reboot mechanism

Hi All,

I have a qotom 4 port mini pc router which does not reboot on command. 
It stops at "Requesting system reboot"

 Normally I would try some different kernel reboot= parameters but I can't find 
the location in leaf.

Can anyone shed some light on this or how to ensure reboot?
