Booting on wrap

Dears,
I downloaded Bering-uClibc_7.3.1.1_wrap_syslinux_serial57600 and tried 
to run it on wrap board.
It started to boot but after a while the boot process was interrupted.
Then I tried to use 7.2.3 with the same result:

I left the wrap on and suddenly after 25 minutes it continued booting 
until fully booted. So the whole time to boot takes circa 30 minutes.

Any idea what could be wrong?
Or the newer version are so demanding that they need newer hardware?

Mean time I tried many versions and it looks like the 7.0.3 is the last 
where the boot process takes minute or two.
