Yes it is and you know why, there is not enough participation/pressure 
from the user side.

Which shows the fact that for many years noone cared about web presence. 
It looks like we just don't have users/developers who care about the 
presentation of the product and/or are fit in maintaning a web presence. 
The WEB is just a completely different animal. There are lots of areas 
where we are looking for participation like maintaining the Wiki and 
keep the Documetation synced with the project.

We have to admit that the current state is that there is just one branch 
of LEAF has survived, Bering-uClibc. It has an incredible number of 
packages and just maintaining those is quite a feat.
