You have to create a new image with a large MSDOS filesystem.

One way is to get the development tree and alter "build.sh" to create 
whatever size you want instead of 8M, another way is to format your 
flash with mkmsdos, copy contents of standard WISP-Dist image there 
and then run syslinux on it.
