[leaf-wisp] kernel problem

Hi!

I try to make my own wisp.
Get the latest archive level (patch29) and compile.
I make only one change
{wisp-dist/BUILD/root/kernel/build.sh}
...
cd pcmcia-cs-3.2.3
make config    #insert this
make all || exit 10
make install || exit 10
...

start the make (build -f)
And compile it without any errors!

dd image to compact flash
During the boot always to come the kernel ops in the mount process 
If copy the kernel from the official "wisp-dist_1.3.1p26_pkg.zip" 
Boot correct and I can login.

The two kernel image size is differ 
my kernel image :598443
official kernel image :626679

How can I search the problem?
