Yes, remember I am a novice. I have looked father and I see the managed interface is
connecting to the master interface on the same node. BUT, only if the other node is not
up and running. Info follows the text of this message.

I now see the managed interface is changing frequencies from channel 11 to channel 6,
to match the master it has found. If there is a way to stop the channel change? That
would seem to correct my problem.

My intent with this configuration is that the master interface is for users to connect with.
The managed interface is for the internet feed. The master interface will be connected to
an omni antenna. The managed interface will be connected to a beam antenna. At this
time the two soefris 4521s are in the same lab, covers removed.

Restarting the networking on the node with the managed interface is enough to allow the
two nodes to start communicating.

See below for more info.

Master node under is always as follows:

netcs0 Mode:Master Frequency:2.412GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:21:E1
netcs1 Mode:Master Frequency:2.462GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:21:DF

Managed node when all is working, master node booted first.

netcs0 Mode:Master Frequency:2.437GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:11:64
netcs1 Mode:Managed Frequency:2.462GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:21:DF

Managed node, no communications, managed booted first.

netcs0 Mode:Master Frequency:2.437GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:11:64
netcs1 Mode:Managed Frequency:2.437GHz Access Point: 00:02:6F:08:11:64
