[leaf-wisp] Remote Upgrade

Vladimir, is there any way to force wisp-disp to remote upgrade all files/packages, even if 
the md5 checksum is different?

If not, can you point me to the source where the md5 compare is done, and perhaps I 
can hack up my own version.
