[leaf-wisp] layer 2

hi i've problem with layer 2, i've two equipment with wispdist, 1 how AP layer
2, but the other don't conected, the other wispdist should be AP layer 2?, or
Managed layer 2?, please how should be a wispdist layer 2 network.
