[leaf-wisp] Voip and Leaf-wisp setting

Hello people:
 I have a question, I have two wisp.
 wisp-a and wisp-b both equipment has
 equipment voip and I want to know as
 I must put seting of the equipment so
 that voip (h323) has the priority en the
 file ifup.local

you can help or say me to me where I must consult
